When you contact us or submit a sample we collect the information you provide — name, email, organisation, batch reference and the details of your request. If you ship material, we log its chain-of-custody under your reference.
Solely to respond to your enquiry, perform the requested analysis, issue your Certificate of Analysis, and keep the records the work requires. We do not sell your information.
Results are released only to the submitting party. We do not disclose your data to third parties except where required by law.
Analytical records and a retained sample portion are held for seven years. Contact records are kept only as long as needed.
