Quality & data integrity
Results come out of written methods, get checked by someone else, and are kept so they can be looked at again.
Procedures are written down before they’re used — how a sample is handled, how instruments are calibrated, how numbers are worked out. Every change is versioned and signed off, so a result always ties back to the exact procedure behind it.
The controls
Method validation
| Check | What it proves |
|---|---|
| Specificity | It measures only the thing we mean to measure |
| Linearity | The response tracks concentration across the range |
| Accuracy | Results land on a known true value |
| Precision | Repeat the measurement, get the same answer |
| LOD / LOQ | The least we can detect, and the least we can quantify |
Data integrity — ALCOA+
We handle data to the ALCOA+ principles, so the record stays trustworthy all the way from the bench to the certificate.
We work to a defined scope rather than a third-party accreditation. The assurance comes from written methods, an independent check, and records that trace back. Method and validation records are available on request.
Method and validation records are available on request for the work we do.
