Certis Analytics provides analytical testing services within a defined scope confirmed in writing before any work begins. Reports describe the sample as received. Results apply only to the specific material submitted and the determinations performed.
A Certificate of Analysis is a statement of measured results. It is not an endorsement, approval, or a representation that the material is safe or fit for any particular use. Certis does not make or sell the materials it tests.
Samples are accepted by prior arrangement only. A retained portion is kept on file. Material is handled under documented chain-of-custody.
Scope, turnaround and cost are confirmed by written quote before work begins. Estimated turnaround times are targets, not guarantees.
To the extent permitted by law, liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the fee paid for the work in question.
